Ballot issue 2C: Health and Human Services

Oct 16, 2025

ABSTAIN from endorsement.

We decline to comment on this ballot issue, not because we don’t think it’s important, but because it falls outside the four core issues that we advocate for at Strong Denver:

  • Incremental Housing
  • Safe and Productive Streets
  • Transparent Local Accounting
  • End Highway Expansion
  • End Parking Mandates and Subsidies

Because we believe that local zoning, infrastructure, and land use reform require broad coalitions across the political spectrum, we strive to remain nonpartisan and speak only on the projects that directly relate to our mission as an organization. Partisan division can easily derail the progress on our shared goals, so we take great care to stay in our lane.
