Denver 2025 Election: Ballot Issue 2E

Oct 16, 2025

Ballot Issue 2E (PDF): Housing and shelter infrastructure and facilities bond ($59,300,000/$94m)

Strong Denver Stance: NO, this seems like 2R all over again. Instead of subsidizing an unknown number of affordable housing units with property tax, we should focus on zoning reforms that will more meaningfully improve the housing supply to create long-term affordability.
